Oh Sammie Mae is just too cute!

Ok, so here is Sammie's new face. She loves to suck in her lower lip. I call it her "old man" face. She does it all the time and I think it is so funny!

Luau!

Our friends Eric and Tracy invited us to go to their ward Luau. It was lots of fun. The food was awesome! I think it might have been better than the food I ate in Hawaii! There was also a dance performance. It was very fun.

Easter!

Here is Sammie Mae in her pretty Easter dress! She looked so cute. Thanks to Grandma Doggett she had a pretty new dress to wear! I had fun making her a bow and a bracelet to match because lets face it, an outfit is only as good as it's accessories! We had a nice Easter. We stayed home and just enjoyed the day together as a family.

2 Years!

Von bought me some really pretty flowers!

Yea! It has been two years! Von and I have been married for two whole years now! It has been a wonderful two years! A lot has happened since we first got married. The biggest thing was by far having Sammie Mae! She is the best thing that could ever have come into our lives. We love her so much and she brings so much joy to our life. Von also started into his electrical apprentice, give us four more years and he will be a bonifide electrician. We moved two times and we are preparing to move again! We are in the process of buying a house! I switched jobs, I went from being a full time teacher to being a full time mom. Let me tell you that being a mom in much harder! Anyway, on April 7th we celebrated our 2nd anniversary. To celebrate we recreated the night that Von proposed to me. We went out to Nelson's landing and had tin foil dinners and watched a movie under that stars. It was a great night and we had a lot of fun together. It has been a great two years! I am so lucky that I got to marry the man of my dreams!

Oh Seattle!

Ok so here is Sammie with her Aunt Linds and Uncle Logan. Sammie and I got to go to Seattle for a whole week and visit. We had so much fun. Here we are at a yummy seafood place! It was sooo good.

Linds and I took Sammie to the zoo. It was a great time. Here are Linds and I doing our best impression of Flamingos.

Sammie loved the gorllias. She grinned at them. She thought is was cool.

We had a great time in Seattle and can't wait till Linds and Logan can come and visit us.

My friend Tser loves to take pictures and these are some she took for me! I thought that they turned out so cute! They make her look like such a big girl! She was having so much fun. I was also having fun dressing Sam up and doing some major accessorizing. I love bracelts and headbands! Too much fun! Anyway, here is Sam at four months and lookin cute!

Samantha is four months old!

So Samantha is four months old now! Holy cow time is flying by! She gets to start eating solid food now! Today was the first day of real food! I fed her some oatmeal cereal. She actually really liked it, well the part that got in her mouth that is.

We don't have a high chair yet, so Von is using is legs! It worked out pretty well!

Then Sammie decided that she wanted to feed herself. She took the spoon and was putting it in her mouth. I think She just thought is was cool that she could hold it. She also liked to chew on it.

She is just such a happy girl! She is getting so big! The doctor said that she is also starting to get her first tooth! I wasn't expecting that for a little longer, but oh well!
